Richie's niece and nephews payed us a visit the first weekend in May. We had Eddie, Fletch and Fran for the weekend while their parents enjoyed a quiet weekend without kids. It was definitely a big adjustment for us having 3 kids in our house, but we had a ton 'o fun. We watched fun movies, fed the ducks at a nature preserve, went swimming and made homemade ice cream.
Eddie and Fletch attempted to get the ducks to eat out of their hands. They got close but in the end, the ducks decided to keep their distance. Secretly I was glad it didn't happen ... little hands with duck bites would have made for an unpleasant afternoon.
Come on, a few duck bites never hurt anyone.
